One Hour & Fifteen Mins Lessons:
5 MINS Warm Up if you show up early and the child warms up on their own this time will be added to the training instead.
15 MINS Speed & strength training activities
20 MINS Drills specifically for your child's development
25 MINS Applying the drills into action to make the new adjustment 
5-10 MINS Bible devotion and faith development activities
